Rolling bubbles
In Powerpuff Girls Z, Bubbles' name is Rolling Bubbles (Miyako Gotokuji) and is voiced by Maryke Hedrikse and is voiced by Kath Soucie in both versions in Japan. Miyako transforms by saying "Rolling Bubbles" and is the second member of the Powerpuff Girls Z team. She uses a huge bubble wand with strong powers as a weapon. Miyako (Rolling Bubbles is even ditzier in PPGZ. In Powerpuff Girls Z, Buttercup's name is Powered Buttercup (Karou Matsubara), who is voiced by Kelly Metzger. Karou is the third and final member of the Powerpuff Girls Z team. Karou transforms by saying "Powered Buttercup". She is known at school for being the most athletic girl as she plays tennis, practices martial arts, and numerous other activities, and spends a great deal of time watching sports on TV. She is especially good at soccer due to her strengthened determination after receiving new soccer cleats when she was 3 years old from her brothersprofessor utonium

He has a son named Ken, who is responsible for all those affected by the Chemical Z lights, especially the Powerpuff Girls Z. In Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, the Mayor of Townsville is now the Mayor of Tokyo City. His design is distinctly different from his American counterpart, as he is of normal height and has no monocle or top hat. While less extreme in comparison to the Mayor of Townsville, the Mayor of Tokyo is very childish and has a very short attention span. He seems to worry quite a lot when the girls are fighting, and wishes that they could cause a little less damage. The Mayor, like many of the characters in the anime, loves sweets.Miss ballum
In Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z, Ms. Sarah Bellum possesses blonde hair, a red dress, and black high heel shoes. Usually, Miss Bellum covers her face with a tablet computer, which has lipstick imprinted on it. While the Mayor is different from his original counterpart and is more competent, Miss Bellum in the anime still does most of the mayor's work for him in a manner similar to the original Miss Bellum, and still appears to be the brains of the operation. In Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, Miss Keane first appears in episode 3 where like her original counterpart, she inherits her original traits such as kindness and patients but lacks her strictness. She is talented in many ways, which she used to counter Momoko, Miyako, and Kaoru's excuses; this includes knowledge on medicine for non-existent medical conditions,Mojo jojo
Mojo Jojo also appears in the anime version of the show, where he is simply called "Mojo". He was not a lab assistant in the anime, and as such had nothing to do with the creation of the Powerpuff Girls. Instead he was an ordinary zoo monkey who was made fun of by people and decided to seek revenge on humanity after the light from Chemical Z made him intelligent. In Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, Princess Morbucks' real name is Himeko Shirogane. She is in the same school as Momoko, Miyako, and Kaoru (the Powerpuff Girls Z). She was struck by black light, which causes her eyes, hair, and socks to change. Her powers are used based on her wants to be recognized by people. Once she is back to normal however, she does not recall any events that occured while she was evil
Fuzzy lupkins
First appeared in episode 6. It is unknown who or what he was before being hit by the black light. Fuzzy looks almost exactly the same as his original counterpart: a large pink creature in overalls. This rendition of Fuzzy is as rude and destructive as the original, but is nice enough to help an old man or sign an autograph for a fan who likes his banjo playing, that is before going on a rampage.
Him
Him (voiced by Tom Kane) is a villain in the animated television series, The Powerpuff Girls. He is regarded as their most powerful and dangerous enemy, even compared to Mojo Jojo. A mysterious, super-powerful, red-skinned, very effeminate, and possibly immortal devil-like creature with large lobster-like claws, pointed ears, black puffy hair, yellow-green eyes, a hooked nose and a long, curled beard, makeup including three long eyelashes on each eyelid, rosy red cheeks and black lipstick, a lady's red jacket and skirt with pink tulle at the collar and hemline, and black, thigh-high, spike-heeled boots (ballet boots).SEDUSA
In Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z, Sedusa was the archenemy who got struck by a black light while she was trying on lipstick and turned into Sedusa. As with Himeko, the effects of the black light are not permanent in Sakurako (Annie in the English dub) and she can revert back to her normal self, however, the curse causes her to transform into Sedusa whenever she wears lipstick. Sedusa, Sakurako can wear makeup to make herself look like anyone, as well as use her hair like tentacles, traits shared with her american counterpart, but unlike her american counterpart, both Sakurako and Sedusa are in love with Souichirou (Jason), a regular and innocent man, rather than Professor Utonium.Is posible that she have a playful affection to Poochie because in she debut fight and defeats him in the style of bull corrida.AMOEBS BOYS
